Winds were over 40 mph (now we all know why it’s called the Windy City”), raining sideways, but 27 hardy good sports toughed it out anyway. The group represented three Washington Water-Sewer Districts, two engineering firms, and three of us from HIP Law (plus spouses and significant others). WEFTEC is the largest environmental and water quality conference in the world; the pinnacle of environmental and safe-water technology.
